Returns Policy
We take great care and attention in handcrafting each item and hope that you will be delighted with your jewellery. However, if for any reason you wish to return your goods, you must contact us within 14 days of your order date to arrange this.
You can do so by contacting us at post@elinmair.co.uk.
If the goods do not fit correctly, for example if you require a shorter or longer chain, or need to change a ring size, please contact us at post@elinmair.co.uk, as adjustments can often be made. Postage fees may apply.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging, and unused. Refunds for items not returned in this condition are at our discretion.
The goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach our registered address. Please ensure that items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We reserve the right to refuse returns of goods that have been damaged due to inadequate packaging.
Postage costs are non-refundable, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return postage. Please obtain proof of posting, as refunds will only be issued for items that are safely returned to us.
Except in cases of faulty or damaged goods, we are not responsible for return postage and strongly recommend that you use a tracked postal service. Elin Mair cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit when being returned.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of earrings unless they are faulty.
If the item was purchased from one of our stockists, please contact them directly and they will forward the query to us if necessary.
