Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply between you, the User, and Elin Mair, the owner of this website.
Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the website immediately.
No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer, and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur when we send a dispatch email confirming that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you.
We may update these Terms and Conditions of Trading (and any documents referred to within them) from time to time and will notify such changes by uploading them to our website. By using our website www.elinmair.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Trading.

Occasionally, we may restrict access to some parts of the website, or the entire website, for maintenance purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content included on this website, including but not limited to jewellery designs, text, graphics, logos, icons and images, is the property of Elin Mair or relevant third parties.
Any infringement will be pursued vigorously. By continuing to use our website, you acknowledge that such material is protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, delete, distribute, or post anything on this website for any purpose without authorisation.
Goods, Pricing and Availability
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all representations and descriptions of goods are accurate, Elin Mair is not responsible for any variations from these descriptions.
All items are handmade to order; any irregularities are an inevitable result of the handmade process.
All pricing information on the website is correct at the time of publication. Elin Mair reserves the right to change prices and amend or remove special offers at any time.
Sale and Discount Conditions
Orders placed during sale periods cannot be backdated or forward-dated.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required before goods purchased from this website are dispatched.
We accept payment via Shopify’s integrated payment gateway, which allows merchants to accept common payment methods directly within the store. These include major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay — a fast checkout option for returning customers that securely stores shipping and billing information to speed up the purchasing process.
Delivery – Mainland UK Only
Elin Mair aims to dispatch all goods within 7 working days of receiving your order. This does not include bank holidays or weekends.
Delivery may take longer during busy periods. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are unsure about anything.
All parcels are shipped using the customer’s chosen delivery option: Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Due to the handmade nature of each piece, unfortunately we cannot offer a guaranteed next-day dispatch service.
If you require an item for a specific date, please contact us at post@elinmair.co.uk before placing your order, and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing before it has been dispatched. Please contact us at post@elinmair.co.uk.
If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy below for further information.
Commissioned or personalised items cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.
Late or Non-Arrival of Delivery
If your delivery is delayed or does not arrive within the quoted delivery timeframe, please contact us at post@elinmair.co.uk.
In the event of non-delivery, we can only issue a replacement or refund after 10 working days have passed. This is the timeframe Royal Mail requires before classifying a parcel as lost. Royal Mail working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
