Elin Mair aims to dispatch all goods purchased from this website within 7 working days of receiving your order. This does not include bank holidays or weekends.

Delivery may take longer during busier periods of the year. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are unsure about anything.

All parcels are shipped using the customer’s chosen delivery option: Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, unfortunately Elin Mair cannot offer a next-day delivery service. However, if you require an item for a specific date, please contact us at post@elinmair.co.uk before placing your order, and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
